I couldn't resist making Annie Smith's latest doll, 'I Believe' featured in Homespun's Christmas in July Issue.
The little elf is so cute...fiddly but worth the effort.
I didn't have the fabric Annie has used so I played around with a few bit's and pieces I had.
I ended up making two dolls before I was happy with my choice so now 'I Believe' has a friend.

Did you use felt or fabric for the stocking?

Oh Tess, they're fabulous!!
So beautiful Tereasa! This is on my list to make for Christmas - hope I can find the time. I bought a kit for Holly at the Quilt Show (a little girl Christmas fairy who looks like this little guy's sister).
Looks gorgeous. Love her dolls. Love the colours you've chosen - as always, beautifully chosen.
Love love love it! I have eyed this one off as well but I'm pretty sure my painting skills are not up to it!! It's just gorgeous! You should be so proud of your effort!
